The L&T switchgear division had issues with its POS branding.  POS branding was not up to the quality standards of the company. There was low customer engagement with the installations. 
To improve brand engagement and visitor experience, L&T chose to work with Qeni. 

After detailed discussions with the client and the end users, the Qeni Project team has re-designed the entire process. We focussed and improved customer experience within the retail stores and touchpoints.

We created a real-time recce system by capturing the internal & external environment of the store. Once submitted, the recce is synced with our project management dashboard instantly, where other stakeholders of the brand can review and approve on an immediate basis.

Live Planning & Reporting

An implanted system where all the stages of planning, designing and production can be tracked in real-time. Also, the instant feedback system from the retailers helped the brand address the concern in real-time.
