We created a real-time recce system by capturing the internal & external environment of the store. Once submitted, the recce is synced with our project management dashboard instantly, where other stakeholders of the brand can review and approve on an immediate basis.
An implanted system where all the stages of planning, designing and production can be tracked in real-time. Also, the instant feedback system from the retailers helped the brand address the concern in real-time.
Once the brand gives thumbs up we ensure the minimal turnaround time (TAT) is optimized and the installations are delivered in a timely manner.
