Photos and videos of the events/conferences: By attending an event or conference, the customer authorizes Qeni, free of charge and without consideration of any kind, that any image and sound recording made in connection with the event, by video and/or audio recording, and/or photograph in which the customer appears, may be used, reproduced, modified and disseminated in any media known or unknown to date and, in particular, on Qeni’ social networks and websites.

GOOGLE Analytics. We use Google Analytics provided by Google, Inc., USA (“Google”). These tool and technologies collect and analyze certain types of information, including IP addresses, device and software identifiers, referring and exit URLs, feature use metrics and statistics, usage and purchase history, media access control address (MAC Address), mobile unique device identifiers, and other similar information via the use of cookies. The information generated by Google Analytics (including your IP address) may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We use the GOOGLE Analytics collection of data to enhance the website and improve our service.

Once the retention period expires, personal data shall be deleted. Management of registrations and payment for conferences/events: We use the services of the CVENT platform to manage the registrations of our clients to conferences and events and make the respective payment for the attendance to the conferences and events. The personal data provided by our customers during the registration to conferences and events will be shared with CVENT for the sole and exclusive purpose of registration and management of conferences and events. Customer personal data will be processed and stored in accordance with this privacy policy and CVENT’s privacy policy.

Business Transfers. In the event that Qeni creates, merges with, or is acquired by another entity, your information will most likely be transferred. Qeni will email you or place a prominent notice on our website before your information becomes subject to another privacy policy.
