Medibeats was an academic initiative by a group of eminent doctors and supported by Ipca Laboratories Ltd. Medibeats The chapter was looking for new ways to share knowledge with a higher number of healthcare professionals without incurring  high costs.

E-Newsletter aims to bring together general physicians, infectious disease, surgeons, internists, various specialists (Cardiologist, Neurologist, Gastroenterologist, Endocrinologist, etc.), and family physicians from Pan the globe to exchange and share their knowledge on multiple aspects of medical practice; this newsletter will be circulated and distributed to one lakh doctors. https://engage.qeni.events/MediBeats.

What Made It Sucessfull

The result was a seamless virtual experience, with all the glamour and excitement of a traditional in-person launch technology with dedicated, branded, secured online platform and to connect multiple locations in-real time.

Attendee engagement activity were made possible for remote audience  with Q&As featured on the platform. Behind the scenes, our team took care of Virtual production and Content management before and during the event, ensuring a seamless and enriched experience to all involved – speakers, in-person delegates and remote attendees.

Qeni creative team designed and developed the Digital Launch for the Medi Beats which encompassed the launch of a Midbeat’s website.

Direct interactive connectivity was also implemented between the virtual attendees and the speakers at live sessions taking place in each destination via the Q&A and chat features in the platform
