Medical Conferences were traditionally held at beautiful ballrooms in stunning locations. These conferences also involved lots of close contacts, with members of the medical fraternity sitting next to each other, listening to their peers, or discussing new ideas and thoughts.

But the pandemic has changed our entire life and we are now forced to adapt to a virtual lifestyle, limiting our movements to ‘safe zones’ and trying to manage a semblance of our old life.

This year is a great step forward for IRACON and it showcases the adaptability and smooth digital transition of the organization by moving onto the IRA VIRTUAL CONNECT.

Though conference is being hosted virtually, an attempt is made to have a par excellence scientific proceedings and networking within the capabilities of virtual meeting. In fact, all these would go one notch higher with IRA VIRTUAL CONNECT. More about the project.

What Made It Sucessfull

The IRACON 2021 – Virtual Connect platform, was customised to suit the demanding requirements of the Indian Rheumatology Association. IRACON 2021 – Virtual Connect platform has put in more than 6 months of painstaking effort in the rolling out this year’s IRACON Conference.

We have put in the same care and attention as for an, in person event and probably, the only thing missing, was the venue and the attendees on site.

The Qeni team ensured that the virtual platform offered a seamless experience to the attendees by hosting the IRACON 2021 Virtual Connect website and a dynamic registration path for delegates, speakers, students, and exhibitors. Session wise registration was also offered to generate maximum ROI.

The platform hosted a Virtual Attendee Hub to deliver secure and high quality live stream, simulative and video on demand for IRACON 2021 Virtual Connect. Most of the conference days, there were concurrent live sessions, hosted simultaneously on the virtual conference platform.
