Institution Alliance Future Ready

The largest online gathering of SBI Life Insurance – Institution Alliance Channel. Open interaction platform with the leadership team also the Top qualifiers of the channel were felicitated live. Like many in-person events held past years, The Future Ready event was forced to quickly pivot to virtual . This strategic goal setting conference needed to match the experience of an in-person event – made for the perfect storm and needed expert production management to execute. Award winners and presenters were remotely linked into the main event virtual stage The event was a resounding success, with the client and attendees commenting on their enjoyable experience. Qeni production team worked exclusively to coach the speakers and provide white-glove technical support, secure brand consistency and enhance the overall presentation experience.

Medi beats

Medibeats was an academic initiative by a group of eminent doctors. The chapter was looking for new ways to share knowledge with a higher number of healthcare professionals without incurring high costs.

Qeni creative team designed and developed the Digital Launch for  Medi Beats which encompassed the launch of a Medibeat website. The result was a seamless virtual experience, with all the glamour and excitement of a traditional in-person launch technology with a dedicated, branded, a secure online platform  to connect multiple locations in-real time. Attendee engagement activities were made possible for remote audiences  with Q&As featured on the platform.

Hybrid Event Experience – Employee Recognition

Being the Awards event where speakers and presenters would go live online to an audience of over 2000 attendees whilst having 150 and Award winners logged in online . With the ever-changing guidelines and regulations around Covid-19 in Kerala and Mumbai .

Qeni Tech team set up Hybrid studios in Kerala and Mumbai .Thus live attendees were spread across Kerala and Mumbai which let the team ensure their experience. Main studio set up in Kerala to provide the client with additional live spaces and digital backgrounds. All performers were felicitated personally in the virtual presence of the MD, who logged in virtually from Mumbai.
