On Arrival’s kiosk mode will help reduce staffing needs onsite. Attendees can register at a safe distance, check-in to the venues with the Conference App, online payment and print their name badge if required or they could use their mobile badge.

Restricted entries can be moderated with a scanner, where attendees have to scan and verify their entry criteria for access.

Any official handouts or delegate kit can be provided by scanning the Mobile Badge verifying the registration category and provide the materials accordingly
For faculty & delegates who wish to print badges can walk up to our on site registration counter and provide us with the confirmation number.

Utilizing kiosks or mobile scanners, we can manage registered session attendees for capacity controls. Will able to gain valuable attendee data and even track sessions for credits and legal compliance.


Self Registration Counters will be established. Attendees can register on spot, with online payment of credit / debit cards.
If they prefer cash or QR wallet payments. It will be considered as offline payment.
Once’s self registered they can move to the payment desk and our executive will assist for settling and completing the process of registration.
Once Registered they can use the mobile app to check in to the event area.


Dashboards allow the organisers to view live check-in, session, and participation reports to understand where attendees are engaging with the conference. Dashboards can be easily shared for getting Live update
