Overview

The sixth International 2-day Conference of the Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organisations – CAHOCON 2022 was hosted at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, on the 2nd and 3rd of April 2022. We at Qeni, ‘The Conference Experts’ handled this prestigious 2-day conference. 

 

The conference was attended by the leaders of the healthcare industry to share the best practices developed and implemented by healthcare organizations across the globe. Was officially inaugurated by the Hon’ble Governor of Kerala, Shri Arif Mohammad Khan.

 

The conference is conducted by CAHO, an association of healthcare institutions, diagnostic centres and individuals with a common goal to develop a culture of safety in healthcare organizations across India.

Overview

We at Qeni, ‘The Conference Experts’ handled this prestigious 2-day conference.

The conference was officially inaugurated by the Hon. Governor of Kerala, Shri Arif Mohammad Khan.

The conference is conducted by CAHO, an association of healthcare institutions, diagnostic centres and individuals with a common goal to develop a culture of safety in healthcare organizations across India.

Contactless Check-in

Contactless Check-In and attendee registration is fast, safe, secure and socially distanced way. The whole process of the traditional way of checking-in involves various touchpoints with staff, surfaces, and communal areas – activities that are supposed to be limited today and that may now be dangerous due to the pandemic.

 

Qeni Contactless Check-In less check-in system is safe, simple and fast, making sure that there is no queue. All delegates able to self-check-in and out in a safe, socially distanced way. Check-in using the event app, delegates scanned their unique QR code generated in the event app at the Ipad kiosk using their own mobile device and are immediately checked in.

Abstract – Digital Poster Presentation

Abstract Submission and Review System, which was totally online, making it easier and faster for both submissions and review of the abstract submitted for the conference. We integrated this digitized Abstract Submission and Review System successfully into Cahocon 2022 and have got fabulous reviews from association and the authors of the abstract.

 

The Abstract Review Process was highly organized, collaborative and helps the committee easily coordinate the scoring and voting across multiple stakeholders, offices and time zones. Further all the data is available at fingertips on real time. All selected abstracts where displayed in the venue in a digital format

Cahocon 2022 more than 100 brands showcased their latest technology products across the exhibition center. To ensure an impactful visitor experience, Caho chose to work closely with Qeni Activation team on the exhibition’s creative conceptualisation, overall management , space planning and design. The Qeni Activation team was also responsible for the exhibition’s actual construction.

 

The primary task of the exhibition was to engage a wider audience for exhibitors even amid pandemic-related restrictions. To meet this need, the Qeni Project team was develop Expo programme in mobile app also featuring ‘exhibition’, ‘industry forum’ and ‘business meeting’ sessions and appointment scheduling.
